Making A Purchase
Browse our website, click on any item you wish to buy and then add to shopping cart. After you have finished shopping click on checkout and you will be redirected to our secure checkout area. You will then be asked for further details to complete your order. Your credit card will only be charged when orders are ready to be despatched and delivery/billing address of cardholder has been verified.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver all our orders promptly and to dispatch within 3 days of receipt of payment, if goods are in stock. Delivery in the UK is made by UPS service, and is insured. Once your order has been dispatched an email will be sent to you with tracking information. You can trace your parcel at www.ups.com. All orders delivered will require a signature when it has reached delivery address.
EU deliveries, depending on the destination of your order we will use appropriate courier. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery. Once you order has been dispatched an email will be sent with tracking number and confirmation of courier service. All orders are sent insured and must be signed for when it has reached delivery address.
We do not deliver to North America or any countries outside of the E.U.

Back Orders
All items are subject to availability. If items that you ordered are not in stock, we will contact you by email to inform you. We will let you know the earliest date for delivery if the item requested is available on back order. We will endeavor to do our best to supply you with goods ordered. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off our website at the earliest opportunity.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us in its original condition with 14 days and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item returned. This does not include the cost of original postage & packaging. All items must be returned with any authenticity cards, dust bags, tags and original packaging otherwise they cannot be considered for refund or exchange.
We will not accept items that have been damaged, used, marked, or misused in anyway whatsoever. Please include your invoice details, reason for return or exchange if required. For your protection please send returns by registered mail as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in return transit.
Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customers responsibility and will only be reimbursed by us in the case of faulty goods.
